(often with a minimum number of days), our members enjoy the
unique opportunity to schedule appointments with our staff anytime
they feel the need to learn new exercises to spice up their routine

other name-brand weight loss programs, we will never require
or pressure our members to purchase supplements, weight loss
enhancers, or food products! Our nutritional program is
based upon 'real' food straight out of the grocery store.
To top it off we will never require weekly weigh-ins or
charge a fee for tracking progress and measuring results!
